Aren't these the most delightful cupcakes you have ever seen?
I popped down to Love Food at Paintworks this weekend and bought these from the Bellevue Bakery stall after having a Rainbow Brite, My Little Pony moment. I'm pleased to say they tasted just as good as they looked, with a moist and dense vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream icing and a zinging sour rainbow.
I also ate one of the most chocolatey cookies I have ever tasted; a triple chocolate belter barely held together with some rich chocolate cookie dough. Chocoholic that I am, even I had to tackle it in stages. Perfect for a duvet day with a large pot of tea...
